Onboard service on Estonian Air flights
Flex Class
Passengers with Business and Flex tickets travel in the Flex Class cabin. All passengers in the Flex Class cabin are served meal and beverages (alcoholic drinks are not served complimentary on flights departing before 12 pm). A sandwich or salad is served on flights up to 1.5 hours, and cold selection on flights longer than 1.5 hours. Special meal can be ordered at least 24 h before scheduled departure via Estonian Air Customer Care or your travel agency.

Eco Class
Eco Class is designed for passengers with Economy fare tickets (Internet-only, campaign fares and lowest Economy fares). Passengers in the Eco Class cabin can buy snacks and beverages from the Sky bar. Payment for buy-on-board items will be accepted by Visa and MasterCard credit card or in cash EUR.
Pre-ordering food & celebration products
We also offer a possibility to pre-order meals and special date celebration products on Estonian Air flights. You will need to place your order at least 36 hours before the flight. Catering for Estonian Air flights is provided by Airo Catering Services Estonia, which belongs to the LSG Sky Chefs concern. LSG Sky Chefs concern embraces one third of the world`s airline catering market.
Smoking & electronic devices regulations
Smoking is not permitted on any Estonian Air flight, including charter flights.
Portable electronic devices containing a radio transmitter or receiver may interfere with the aircraft's navigation system and may not be used during the flight. Other electronic equipment may not be used during take-off and landing.
Before departure, mobile phone is allowed to be switched on until all aircraft doors are closed. After landing, phone can be switched on right after the passenger door is - after the final stop of the aircraft - opened again.
