Refund conditions
Estonian Air refunds only tickets purchased via
- Estonian Air Customer Care;
- Estonian Air ticket offices in Tallinn;
- over the Internet ( www.estonian-air.com).
NB! In case of tickets purchased elsewhere, please apply for refund to the place of purchase.
You may request a full refund for your ticket within 24 hours after the booking has been paid for in case your ticket has been purchased via www.estonian-air.com. Please fill in the refund form or contact our Customer Care.
If payment was made more than 24 hours ago, then refund will be made according to applicable airfare rules (for one-way):
Light - tickets are non-refundable, airport taxes will be refunded. Refund fee 10€/per ticket.
Eco - tickets are non-refundable, airport taxes will be refunded. Refund fee 10€/per ticket.
Flex - Tickets can be refunded only before departure. Service fees will not be refunded. Refund fee 10€/per ticket.
Business - tickets can be fully refunded (except for service fees) within the validity time. Refund fee 10€/per ticket.
Refund
A separate application must be completed for each booking.
Estonian Air will refund airfares within 30 working days of receipt of the unused tickets (if paid by credit card, the amount will be refunded to your account according to rules set forth by the bank).
Refund Applications caused by changes in the schedule or flight cancellations, will be handeled within seven days upon receiving the Refund Application Form with e-ticket.
Refund must be completed within ticket validity i.e. one year after original date of departure.
