Our Corporate Programme offers your company:

Why join?

  • As soon as you join the Programme you will be eligible for a discount on tickets with flexible conditions that will make your business trips far more pleasant and convenient;
  • Date change is free of charge and tickets are fully refundable both before and after departure date, except service fee;
  • You can use designated business class check-in counters in our destination airports;
  • As a Business Class passenger your free baggage allowance is 2 pieces (up to 32 kg) and as a Flexible Economy Class passenger, your free baggage allowance is 2 pieces (up to 23 kg);
  • You will be seated in Premium class cabin (except on flights operated by Estonian Air Regional) where meal service is complimentary;
  • Tickets can be purchased easily through Estonian Air corporate website, which is open for bookings 24 hours a day. Payment for flight tickets is by credit card, bank transfer or against invoice. Requirement for payment against invoice is a valid credit agreement;
  • Travelling in Business class you are welcome to visit our Business Lounges in our destination airports.

*Partner operated flights may have a different policy for flexible Economy Class.

Entry into and term of agreement

Joining the Programme is free. Fixed fares on flight tickets will be available the moment you receive our confirmation about joining the Programme.

The more you fly, the less you pay for your ticket. As a member of the Corporate Programme you get a discount for tickets in Business or Flexible Economy Class. The discount applies to the flight fare, excluding airport tax, fuel surcharge and service fee.

New subscribers can purchase for 12 months tickets at fixed fares. If purchase volume during this period is at least 5000 EUR, we extend the offer of fixed prices for the subsequent 12 months.

Credit terms

Estonian Air Corporate clients are allowed to book flight tickets on credit for the available credit limit guaranteed by deposit. The client undertakes to pay according to payment terms invoices that itemize all purchased tickets.

Credit limit guaranteed as deposit denotes the monetary amount to which extent a customer can book flight tickets on credit. If the cost of flight tickets exceeds the valid credit limit, the client is required to make a prepayment for the tickets booked.
